Why I wrote this

I talk with different people all the time about diet and exercise.
These people all have one thing in common; they are all attempting to
get into better shape. The people I chat with are from all walks of
life but are most often professional folks - judges, doctors,
scientists, teachers, lawyers, students and business people.
What is amazing is that most of the plans people are following lack a
